Jerry is great to work with. He made things smooth for the most part and is genuinely a fantastic person. He made selling our house easy and stood up for us when it came to our needs! Only difficulty we faced is the lack of communication— thus the four stars instead of five. We understand that life has all sorts of things going on, but as a seller of a home when there are things transpiring and your selling agent is not completely communicative regarding details and things, it kinda leaves you in the dark. Effective, but needs to work on greater communication.

Jerry did an amazing job! Our house was a tough sale as we had issues with a couple of buyers. We moved out of state and he would check on the house for us. He recommended some upgrades to help sell the house. Jerry has A LOT of patience and a good positive attitude and was fun to work with. If we had a question he would go over it with us!! He was fast to reply and was still talking with us and the buyers, keeping great communication all around!!! If we had to do it again, we would still choose Jerry to help us in any way!!! Great guy, he does what he can for you even with a super short notice, extremely patient and understanding when the process is taking longer than it should, excellent communication does his best to leave no grey areas.
